My Specialties
-
🔷 Recovery-Focused Therapy
Because relapse isn’t failure — and sobriety shouldn’t be lonely.
Substance use often coexists with trauma, survival mode, and overwhelming stress. Whether you’re early in recovery or have been managing it for years, I provide:
Nonjudgmental, harm-reduction-informed support
Tools to manage cravings, triggers, and relapse risk
A safe space to explore what recovery looks like for you
💬 If you’ve ever felt like you had to choose between sobriety and sanity — therapy can be the space where both become possible.
-
🔶 Support for Survivors of Abuse
You are not “too complicated.” You are surviving what others couldn’t see — or didn’t believe.
Whether the abuse was physical, emotional, sexual, or psychological, the impact is real — and you deserve a space to heal without having to explain or prove your pain.
You might be:
Questioning if what happened to you “counts” as abuse
Struggling to leave — or healing from what you’ve left
Carrying shame, fear, or self-doubt
Navigating a toxic relationship or co-parenting with someone abusive
In our work together, you can:
Reclaim your voice and sense of safety
Set boundaries that protect your peace
Heal from the invisible wounds — gaslighting, trauma bonds, control
Explore your story without judgment, pressure, or blame
🌻 Your survival is not your identity. You are allowed to grow, thrive, and feel whole again.

🔷 Support for Parents Navigating CPS and Family Court
When you're under a microscope, therapy can feel like another test. Here, it's a lifeline.
You might be:
Meeting court requirements for counseling
Fighting to regain or maintain custody
Dealing with visitation stress, caseworkers, or family reunification plans
In our work together, we’ll focus on:
Building emotional resilience while navigating legal systems
Identifying trauma responses and communication patterns
Healing from guilt, shame, and fear around parenting under pressure
🪴 This is a space where your voice matters, your story is safe, and your progress is honored — not judged.
☕ Coffee & Counseling
Sometimes healing starts best outside the therapy office.
Coffee & Counseling is a unique, laid-back option for those who feel more comfortable opening up in a casual setting. We'll meet at a local coffee shop and have our session over coffee or tea—talking through whatever’s on your heart and mind, in a more natural and relaxed environment.
This service is ideal for:
First-timers who feel nervous about traditional therapy
People craving connection without the clinical feel
Busy individuals who want support in a more flexible way
Sessions are still structured and confidential, just with a different vibe. Think of it as meeting with a therapist who meets you where you are—literally and emotionally.
Availability is limited and based on location, time, and privacy considerations. Let’s chat to see if this option works for you.
🪷 Individual Counseling
Life can feel like a lot sometimes—and you don’t have to face it alone.
In individual sessions, we’ll work one-on-one to explore what’s holding you back, ease the weight of stress or anxiety, and help you reconnect with your inner strength. These sessions are a space for you to be fully yourself—no masks, no judgment. We’ll move at your pace, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and build healthy tools for lasting growth and peace.
Whether you're dealing with trauma, grief, burnout, or just trying to make sense of your emotions, this is your space to heal.
👨👩👧👦 Family Counseling: Healing Together, Not Just Individually
Family therapy is a space to rebuild trust, communication, and understanding — whether you’re parenting through crisis, co-parenting after conflict, or healing strained relationships.
This work is especially helpful if you’re:
Working with CPS or under court orders
Reunifying with your children
Navigating co-parenting with a difficult or former partner
Trying to shift family dynamics after trauma or addiction
🪴 Family healing is possible — even when things feel broken. Let’s start small, together.
